Erin and Dalton’s wedding at The Gardenia Venue was absolutely gorgeous! With pretty greenery and thoughtful details woven throughout the day, everything felt intentional and effortless. I’m so thankful to have been a part of documenting such a meaningful day as a Fort Worth wedding photographer.

After photographing their engagement session in downtown Fort Worth, I’ve loved getting to know Erin and Dalton over the past year. They are such a sweet couple, and the way they adore each other is evident in every interaction.

A Beautiful Chapel Ceremony at The Gardenia Venue

Erin and Dalton exchanged vows inside the stunning chapel at The Gardenia Venue, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The ceremony space features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the venue’s fountain and manicured green lawn, creating a light-filled and romantic setting for their “I do’s.”

After the ceremony, we completed family portraits before moving into my favorite part of any wedding day: the couple’s one-on-one wedding portraits.

Romantic Wedding Portraits & a Yellow Porsche Getaway Car

Their portrait session was especially fun. We captured romantic, candid moments throughout the property – along the lawn, near the fountain, and in front of the chapel – but the highlight was the bright yellow Porsche waiting out front. (Spoiler alert: they drove off in it at the end of the night 😉.)

Including unique and personal details like a sports car or classic getaway vehicle is always a win in my book and adds such a fun, memorable element to wedding photos.

An Intimate Wedding Reception with Heartfelt Moments

As the evening continued, guests shared heartfelt toasts, Erin and Dalton cut their cake (with some playful frosting moments), and the two of them spent time mingling with loved ones around the venue. From chatting with guests to relaxing on the venue’s wooden swings, the reception felt laid-back and joyful.

While there was dancing, it was refreshing to see the bride and groom truly soaking in the moment and connecting with their guests – a reminder that weddings don’t have to be nonstop chaos to be meaningful.

The night ended with a sparkler grand exit and, of course, the gorgeous sporty getaway car – one of my favorite wedding exit traditions and the perfect ending to an unforgettable day at The Gardenia Venue!
